Beginning 2nd Session, we are offering a brand new Beginner Girls + class. This is a beginner class for girls who are looking to do more and have a little longer in the gym each week. The first class will be on Wednesdays from 4:30 – 6. Additional classes will be added as needed. Girls will have the opportunity to do three events each class as well as increase their conditioning in order to achieve more skills more quickly. Fall classes filled quickly so sign up early if you are interested.
